Are We Open During The Coronavirus (COVID-19) Crisis?

We have customers across Sydney who rely on us to look after their pets and walk their dogs and our intention is to continue looking after pets and walking dogs during this crisis..... whether it lasts for 1 month or 18 months.

 

As the majority of pet owners will be home it is most likely that petsitting will be the least required service so we expect an increase in our service for dog walks. It is understandable that pet owners may not wishto walk their dogs during this crisis due to protecting their health so we are happy to help out where needed.

 

We have been monitoring the sitiuation in China since mid- January and I think everyone knows now that since the beginning of March infections around Australia have begun to climb. As a result All Hours Petsitters has activated a Pandemic Option where our dog walkers will follow strict guidelines to ensure they are not infected by this virus while walking dogs for our clients.

 

We know people are suffering already as entire industries shut down and people are sent home. This will cause a huge financial problem for households. As a result we will work with customers to come up with a price that they will be happy with and is within their budget.

From daily dog walks to in-home pet care, our wide variety of services can be tailored to suit you and your pets' needs. Aside from being pet care professionals, we are also pet owners, and we know and understand the love and attention that your pets need.

 

We provide value for money service to you......

 

If you have more than one pet we do not charge you for each pet we care for.... you pay for our visit only with prices starting from $20

Petsitters will normally visit your home for 40 minutes. This is not enough time your pet needs which is why All Hours Petsitters will stay at your home for a minimum one hour for the same price others charge for 40 minutes. If we see your pet is stressed or needs more time with us we gladly spend more than an hour with the pet at no extra cost to our customer.

Experienced Dog Walker

Our dog walker has over 20 years experience walking dogs.

 

Our dog walker will only walk dogs belonging to one owner and never walks dogs from multiple dogs together.

 

Our dog walker will socialize the owner's dog with other dogs during the walk unless the customer advises us against it.

 

Our dog walker gives your dogs a visual health check to make sure they are perfectly healthy and will advise the owner of any issues.

 

Our dog walker will keep your dogs out of long grass to prevent ticks.

 

Our dog walker keeps an eye on your dogs at all time. We have seen a number of other dog walkers looking at their phones while walking dogs. This lack of attention may result in the dog been injured if it steps on glass, eats spoiled food or snail bait, or any of a number of dangers.

 

Our dog walker walks in all weather but will delay the walk if a thunderstorm is passing through the area.

 

Our dog walker walks dogs 7 days a week if requested. We do not charge extra for public holidays or weekends.
